If that does work i'm not getting rid of my Xbox for a 360, i'll keep it for my web server! Much quieter than the current one!

Sorry, I havent had time to test it yet, I dont know when I will have the time. Maybe this weekend. The thing is, I havent made a xbox to usb cable yet and I think it needs a keyboard to run.

If that does work i'm not getting rid of my Xbox for a 360, i'll keep it for my web server! Much quieter than the current one!
My file server is an xbox and runs Gentoox. It workes awesome and with little configuration (you can use an xbox controller). Im not a big fan of the Gentoo emerge thing. Takes way too long imo. You could try xebian for your xbox. It is a little more polished I would assume and obviously it is based on debian.
FreeBSD can run on the xbox too, but I have yet to try it.

My friend does this with slackware, its pretty cool. The xbox controller works a little but a usb keyboard is best
