I am looking for some advices on buying a 64 gb SSD drive for my laptop. Suggestions about model and brand are welcome.

ive seen the same size SSD for my dell mini 9 but it cost £120 approx.

my external 500GB HDDcost £50 and ive seen 1.5TB HDD for about £120 - £150

get a expresscard SSD!
only if you have the port though. its pretty fast since it directly interfaces with the system bus instead of going through USB..

The Crucial M225 drives look like a good balance between price and performance. Certainly a lot cheaper than most of the other Indilinx-powered drives, and given that most SSDs of the same class are pretty much identical inside, why pay more?

OCZ is an SSD maker with a good reputation.
