Not entirely sure how I ran across it, but hv3 (http://tkhtml.tcl.tk/index.html) is a very fast and lightweight browser.
The last thing (http://coding.derkeiler.com/Archive/Tcl/comp.lang.tcl/2007-03/msg00244.html) I've been able to dredge up with Scroogle and Ask.com seems to be from March 2008, except for some help-request on tkhtml3's spam-ridden Google group several weeks ago.
Is the project dead/abandoned or close to it? That would be unfortunate, as it seems to be a handy little browser.
I did need to install libstdc++5 to run it though...did it just not survive the transition to libstdc++6???
