ClamAV terminal command, question

I have fiend browsing the internet how to install ClamAV with I have done it using:
Synaptic Package Manager
I have installed ->clamav -->clamav-daemon, clamav-freshclam
and i did this command:

My next step asking me:
HTTPProxyServer ----> my number
HTTPProxyPort ----> My Number
I did some research how to find my proxy IP Address

How do I know what's My proxy IP address & Proxy Port?
ales how do I opne this file on terminal command:
/etc/clamav/freshclam.conf
By adding the following Information
---->HTTPProxyServer
---->HTTPProxyPort

Do you use proxy? if not leave them.
Try
sudo gedit /etc/clamav/freshclam.conf
