How to install Ubuntu Server from USB (from windows)?

I guess the subject says it all, but here goes anyway.

I would like to install Ubuntu Server from an USB-stick, and I would like to prepare the USB-stick form a windows machine.

I am sure there is an article on this somewhere, and I have looked, but with not luck so far.
