Hello!
Yesterday I installed Ubuntu Server Edition 9.04. I tried to upgrade it using:
sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get upgrade
But it's still making several attempts to download perl package and hanging like that:
Get:86 http://us.archive.ubuntu.com jaunty-update/main perl-modules 5.10.0-19ubuntu1.1
Get:87 http://us.archive.ubuntu.com jaunty-update/main perl-modules 5.10.0-19ubuntu1.1
The same occurs when I try to install Gnome - it hangs on downloading perl.
I tried to change mirror to archive.ubuntu.com but it still didn't work.
Please, help me if anybody has alredy fixed yhis problem!
