where is my install.sh of websphere (server)

Actually what i wan to do...........i have started the server(websphere ) by running the file "start-server.sh"
my server is started perfectly ..but now i want to deploy a .class file ..but failed to found the deploytool of websphere.....where is that....figure it out...plz
