Whenever I install the recommended drivers that Ubuntu tells me to install when I install them and reboot, it has this command screen telling me to log in and once i do it has some weird characters around my computer name and name and its like command prompt in windows. what do i do to install the right drivers and not have this problem? I have two nvidia 9800gtx gpus in SLI.
