I have a multi-bootable system with Ubuntu, XP-Pro and Windows 7 RC bottable from individual HD's. Normally the Ubuntu boot screen shows first, I page down, enter to go to the XP/Win 7 option screen. Recently had a problem with Windows 7 which required a reinstall thus no longer getting the Ubuntu start up screen. I would like to recover the 9.04 startup screen without having to reinstall 9.04. All 9.04 files are still in place on a separate drive.

Equipment: ABIT AV-8 MB, AMD 3000+ 1.8 GHz, 2 SATA drives running XP pro system & files, 1 IDE HD with Win 7 and 1 IDE with Ubuntu 9.04.
