Keyserver down?

Is anyone else unable to grab keys from keyserver.ubuntu.com?

Sometimes it times out. But a signed key eventually gets imported and I have all the third party repositories set up on Kubuntu.

Anyone know the best place to ask for help on this?

Thanks for linking this, I found it soon after, but definitely useful for anyone else having similar problems.
