metacafe on ubuntu

i just upgraded to jaunty and the flash plugin was really easy to install and youtube works great but metacafe and other video sites wont play whats wrong???

I'm on metcafe as we speak watching a movie trailer. Which flash plugin did you install? You need the adobe non-free flash plugin. If you have others installed, uninstall them and install the other.

it just popped up when i went to youtube that i needed a plugin i just picked the first one and youtube worked but nothin else does where can i find it to uninstall and get flash?

Use synaptic package manager.
