Windows's themes are very nice to me and I don't feel the need to alter theme. I have actually come to love the Ubuntu default look now (except the icons) and don't mind using it. But what are some other good themes? I also love Dust and the Dust Blue Mod.

Despite my negative comments towards Haiku, I have to admit it's a very nice theme with great icons.
Unless you mean GTK+?

There's some nice new themes coming up in Karmic Koala:

I like best the Hanso and the Night Impression themes.
