Funny, I could have sworn you said videos of Linux, not videos of flashy bloated monolithic desktop environments that attempt to emulate mac OSX. This has nothing to do with GNU/Linux besides running on it.

Ubuntu just so happens to be a software distribution of GNU/Linux.

I know, and I included it in the title so people could post their favourite videos of it!

Wow that's really technical! hehe :)
The only more minimal DEs I have ever used are Fluxbox, IceWM, Enlightenment and TWM. Maybe one day I'll check out Awesome ^_^

So, did you just contradict yourself or are you going to follow up with a clever explanation about why you complained about me posting that video?
P.S.:I use Arch GNU/Linux with Awesome on my netbook. It's the best window manager for 1024*600, hands down. No space-wasting menubars, no distracting desktop widgets and no need to bother with managing windows (since, you know, that's kind of the job description of a window manager).

Ok, ok... look. First of all, I never complained about you posting any video. Secondly, your choice of Window Manager is precisely that - YOUR choice. My favourite window manager is KDE and my second favourite is Gnome. I like a friendly, aesthetically pleasing graphical interface, and I'm afraid you are not going to change my mind. It's all subjective :)

I think you should sit in the time out corner for that one dude..
Seriously.
As for the videos, I thought they all were pretty intertaining. The AwesomeWM one and the one over GNU/Linux I have to emphasize.
