Hi all :)
i have a C and a D disc on my pc.
i installed ubuntu on 28GB of my D.
when i am in windows and i open D i see ubuntu in 1 simpel File.
is it possible to cut and paste that file into C ?
wil ubuntu stil work ?

Interesting concept you have going. I do not fully understand what you are trying to do though.
If I had to take a stab at it from the info you provided so far, I would have to say no since it sounds like you might be trying to install ubuntu by copying that file.

wel, i innstalled ubuntu on my D , inside windows, so i did not use any full partitions.
its just a simple 28GB file on my D drive.
ôn my C i got windows 7 installed, and i would like to have ubuntu on my C drive aswel, then my D is completly empty again and i can store my music, games and movies.
i like a clean and nice pc with everything in order :p
that why i ask it :)
if i cut the file from my D, and put it on my C, wil it stil work
then my D is free again.

The answer depends on whether or not Wubi created registry entries when it installed Ubuntu as an application. If it did, and I'm guessing it did, such a move would not work unless you were able to find all those entries and change them to point to your D drive.
