Wine Problem

Hi I'm new to Ubuntu, and i didn't find any tool like Microsoft Project 2007. And i tried the OpenProj they did not have that much of feature. Then i install Microsoft Project 2007 using the help of Wine and Winetricks. Then i open the Microsoft Project 2007, it shows a splash screen and tell some thing like.:(

Did you install it for all users? or just for the current user?
