updating trouble

hey guys, when i try to use the update manager i click to get update but get this

Failed to fetch http://apt.tt-solutions.com/ubuntu/dists/jaunty/main/binary-i386/Packages 404 Not Found
Some index files failed to download, they have been ignored, or old ones used instead.

and i dont think anything is updated, i cant remember how to remove things from repositories and dont know if i need this or if i can remove it

any help guys??

-Which version of ubuntu do you use? (7.10?)
-404 errors are server errors, try another server, or wait some time
-You could post your sources.list:

nano /etc/apt/sources.list

jaunty 9.04, i just formated instead, the sys was getting crapy so no more prob i supose, but now ive stupid windows so im not happy about this
