Upgrade flash from 9.0 to 10.0 in firefox

Hello

I am new to Ubuntu. I want to install TweetDeck which requires Flash 10.0 or greater to download.

After numerous attempts to get flash 10 in firefox, I am still not yet done.

I have pasted two pictures below. one showing flash version is 9.0 and other(synaptic manager) which is showing flash version is 10.0

How to get the latest flash in my firefox so i can install TweetDeck?

It would take longer to try and find out but i would try this,

uninstall the player.
then re-install the latest version or 10 or the one you want.

i don;t know if this will help but i tryed XD
