Remove unused sub-forum under Ohio Team

Anyway, this time I'm not here to make up crude puns, just have a request with the Ohio Team LoCo forum (http://ubuntuforums.org/forumdisplay.php?f=191). There's a subforum under that forum called "Ohio New User Team (http://ubuntuforums.org/forumdisplay.php?f=279)." It has zero threads, and honestly I'm not sure why (or when) it was made in the first place. We did have a "New User Team" at one point, but I don't believe it really got off of the ground. I'm requesting to have that "New User Team" sub-forum removed, as it is and will remain unused. This has been on my to-do pile for a long time, but I'm just now getting around to asking about it.

(I figured posting here would be better for documentation reasons.)
