Country: Germany
Provider: O2
There is no data plan. Some free texts I think, but I don't text a lot so I don't care. Voicemail, of course. Maybe some other stuff I don't use and care about.
Calls to landlines and other O2 clients are free and unlimited as long as I'm in my homezone (basically everywhere I go in town).
Monthly fee: 10€ (plus 1-2€ for text and calls to other networks.)

The deal is pretty sweet to me. Talking is what I do most, so unlimited minutes is perfect.
If you live in a big town or travel a lot, you may need to upgrade to the next version of my contract, which has the whole Germany as homezone.

Monthly Fee: (USD/Euro): like 30 dollars, maybe less, I just get a discount.

It would be perfect with some SMS inclued, but it's ok.
