I don't have a generic kernel installed and the rt kernel isn't booting anymore because of a graphics problem. I recently installed ATI Catalyst Control Center in synaptic and i think that was my mistake. Right now i'm only able to boot the rt kernel in recovery mode. I need to get rid of that package somehow, or install and generic kernel and make changes from there. How can i do this in the root terminal? What kind of commands should i use?
