View Full Version : [ubuntu] Remove text labels from program buttons on the panel?

Searched Google with no luck.

Is there a way to remove the text labels from the open windows list on the panel in Gnome? No, I am not trying to replicate Windows 7, I just modded my XP to do this and I love it. Way more room on the bar and to see what each thing is you only have to hover over it for a second.

So is there any way to do this? Thanks in advance.:)

Anyone?

EDIT:

Don't mean to rush, I feel like an @ss asking again so fast in this thread, but I can't delete the message, so it is what it is. :P

I mean on the panel, the start menu equivalent.

I want those to just be icons. :)
