Hello everyone, first post & quite a linux noob. I searched forums and couldnt quite find my problem.
I just installed Ubuntu 9 to a fresh partition (dual booting with w7). All that works great, however I'm getting no wireless/ethernet activity. The Wireless is because im using a 1395 broadcom card, and I have a few forum threads saved that I'm going to try, however my Broadcom NetXtreme 57xx Gigabit Controller doesn't seem to be able to grab an IP from network.. even when I tried to give it a static, still no luck. I've done the obvious and made sure the correct cords have been used, ips, etc. Any help would be awesome, thanks!!
