hsetroot, but I like some of the cool things that you can do with habak. The hard part is figuring out how, since the documentation that exists is mostly wrong. :lol:

fbsetbg is just a shell script that calls an external program to actually set the wallpaper. :D

Run "fbsetbg -i" in a terminal to see which external program is being used.
