Is there any way to auto-change the default printer in Ubuntu (GNOME) based on the location?

I searched on ideas such as Marco Polo, whereami, shackleton but have not seen anything yet.

I'd just want to have a configuration option that has three rules.

If I'm on my 192.168.0.103 network I use my Office Jet printer as default.

If I'm on my 10.16.22.x network, I use my LaserJet 1320 as default.

If I have no network or if I have another network, then I set PDF as default printer.

Can this be done?
