Everytime I boot from the LiveCD, and try to do a fresh install over Windows 7, it brings me to the White Screen of Death. It doesn't get much farther after I choose English, and choose Install Ubuntu. Within a minute or 2, I get the White screen.

I can NOT boot into the LiveCD just to try it out either, I get the same thing.

System Specs:

Intel Pentium D 940 3.2 GHz
Intel D945GNT Motherboard
4GB PC2-5300
NVidia GeForce 6200 LE

Now, I have 2 monitors running, and my main monitor shows up as all WHITE, and the other monitor has colored bars traversing the screen in all different patterns.

I am pretty confident that it is a video issue, because I have previously had Ubuntu on this machine, however, with the dual monitor setup, I need this video card.

Any help would be great.

Perhaps disconnecting the secondary monitor during the installation might help. If it does, install the OS and the updates, install the proprietary nvidia driver and then connect and configure the second monitor.

Try mikewhatever's suggestion. if that does not work look here (https://help.ubuntu.com/community/BootOptions). Scroll down and look at F4.

You may want to try the alternate text based installer. get it here (http://www.ubuntu.com/getubuntu/downloadmirrors#alternate).
