Remove the XFCE menu icon

Is there any way to remove the XFCE menu icon? It just glitches when it's a transparent box and looks strange on highlight as the same colour as the bar.

right click the menu button, preferences or properties, anyways you just uncheck the image.

hmm, it's been a while since i used xfce4.
i'm guessing it just has the thing to just select an image?
why not just use a image you like or make a transparent image?
