Help it wont recognise my password or user name!!!

ubuntu is fully installed on my computer which i now can't use because it wont accept the username/password. I tried re-installing it without avail. help please??:confused:

that happend also to me... but even i make to do automatic log in it always get back to the splash scrren. i thing that is a kind of bug in the system
