Will Facebook ever get a better way to display their new web page? Not sure if its css related or poor coding on FB's part but you cant seem to see all your online friends and cant all view new notifications...Thoughts?

In Firefox I use the Greasemonkey script "Facebook Fixer": http://userscripts.org/scripts/show/8861

I am not sure if Greasmonkey is available in Opera or if they have a similar script that fixes Facebook?

Everything works just fine here. No problems.

But make sure that your browserjs is up to date:
Go Help -> Check for updates.
And after that visit: http://www.opera.com/docs/browserjs/
The page should say: "Current browser.js status: enabled.
Target version and time stamp of the active browser.js file is Opera 10.00, Desktop, September 4, 2009 ."

Opera patches badly coded pages with browserjs and Facebook is one of the sites which has problems with Opera.

Mine indeed says this: Current browser.js status: enabled.
Target version and time stamp of the active browser.js file is Opera 10.00, Desktop, September 4, 2009 .

Here is a screenshot of what I mean:

Cant seem to see all my 26 friends..they get cut off in terms of seeing who is online.

Found this gem and works wonderfully on Opera 10...http://blogs.wsj.com/digits/2009/09/11/facebook-strips-down/

Its not much different but it doesn't have a chat feature, (in my opinion why Regular FB doesn't play well with Opera 10) Thoughts?

Your web pages seem to be so heavily modified (fonts, colors, CSS in general) that your problems might be because of those modifications. At least I haven't seen any major problems with O10 and Facebook.
