Install to USB.

I'm currently trying to install windows OS onto a 16gb external flash drive to no avail. I've my CD all prepped and everything and I only have my Ubuntu to work with. My drive is NTFS flagged bootable but the windows installer setup says it cannot access the partition. Any thoughts?

Last time I checked Windows didn't install on flash drives it just throws up errors. I'm assuming that it is XP, I think the only windows that will work on a flash stick is Windows 7.
