I'm trying to get Java Runtime to install using the package manager and get this error:

W: Failed to fetch http://ubuntu.linux-bg.org/ubuntu/pool/main/j/java-common/java-common_0.26ubuntu1_all.deb
404 Not Found

W: Failed to fetch http://ubuntu.linux-bg.org/ubuntu/pool/main/u/unixodbc/odbcinst1debian1_2.2.11-16_i386.deb
404 Not Found

W: Failed to fetch http://ubuntu.linux-bg.org/ubuntu/pool/main/u/unixodbc/unixodbc_2.2.11-16_i386.deb
404 Not Found

W: Failed to fetch http://ubuntu.linux-bg.org/ubuntu/pool/multiverse/s/sun-java5/sun-java5-bin_1.5.0-13-0ubuntu1_i386.deb

What's going on? Has Java been withdrawn or something?

Your links doesn't work.system>admin>software sources>change server to main.Try again to install Java.
