Locking the user in one workplace

Hi, I went for a search for anything related to it but I could not find much.
I would like to learn if there is a way to lock the user in just one workplace with a shortcut.

I currently have 2 workplaces and I can switch to the second workplace, with a keyboard shortcut.
But after switching the workplace, I want not be able to switch to the first workplace again.
(Because first workplace has some stuff that must stay hidden and unreachable.)
I want to do it quickly - deactivating the option of workplace switcher - with a keyboard shortcut
and activate it again in the same way.

Is that possible?
