View Full Version : [ubuntu] Gnome Sound Themes?

I can't seem to much information on Gnome sound themes or even setting different sounds. I can see where to edit a few sounds in the settings like start up sounds, but isn't it kind of limited? Gnome doesn't let you set sounds for hardly anything. I've seen KDE themes that have a lot of sounds.

If you are talking about login sound, you should search http://www.gnome-look.org/, there is some good login sounds there. If you want to change the login sound go to System --> settings --> Startup programs, then look up loginsound and navigate to the sound file you downloaded.
