main menu dissapeared

hi guys, I've just installed my ubuntu (not the fist time) and by mistake I remove the "application, places and system" menu options from the top panel.

Does anybody knows how can I recover them?

Right click on an empty space in the panel and select "ADD to Panel".
A Window will open and you can choose which menu you want from the selection. I prefer the the Gnome "Main Menu" but if you wish to retrieve the original select "Menu Bar".

By right clicking on the menu after it's in the panel you can move it anywhere in the panel. Then Lock it down (right click on the menu and check Lock to Panel).
