Hi

When I create a launcher is only one icon to choose from (launcher icon). Is there a way to change this icon to anything I want?

If you have opened the launcher, click on the icon symbol (upper left). That will open a folder with icons in it. On my system, it opens /usr/share/icons/hicolor/scalable/apps/gnome-panel-launcher.svg

If you don't like any of the icons in that folder, you can press the "Browse" button and look in any folder you wish.

Also, if you want to edit the launcher icons in your Applications menu, right-click on Applications, select Edit Menus and click on the icon from the launcher's properties.
