I just installed xubuntu, and i am a completely new noob :confused: in xubuntu, this is my first OS from windows vista (and XP), so i need complete beginners guide too installing flash player, thank you for the help!

The command
sudo apt-get update && sudo apt-get install xubuntu-restricted-extras
will install flash, Java, mp3 codecs, and some other goodies.
