When I try to select the best update server "System-Administration-Software Sources, selecting Ubuntu Software Tab, and then selecting "Download From" drop down arrow, I select other and then choose "Choose Best Server". All 291 servers are then pinged to ascertain the best one. The trouble is it only gets to 289 and will not complete no matter how long I leave it. I am then forced to use "Force Quit" to close Software Sources. Thanks for any help.
