I'd like to disable the automatic launch of a music player every time I load a CD. I've seen some older threads that describe a way to do this, in System->Preferences->Removable Drives and Media. However, the setting was on the Storage and Multimedia tabs, which are not present in my installation of desktop 8.04. I've also seen another post, not in these forums, that implied that this setting disappeared after 7.10.
Is there a way to turn this off? Thanks in advance.
