hey all, i've made a small program here that i'd like to show off(even though it's not very good)
to use it type in
ls PIC_DIR | background_gen >> ~/.gnome2/backgrounds.xmlnote that if PIC_DIR has any directories in it then they will be added to the output as well, and you'll need to remove those entries
another note: the program does not add the header or footer
and please back up your existing ~/.gnome2/backgrounds.xml before trying it
any comments? suggestions? code-reviews? :-)
