Installing 360 hddvd in jaunty

The windows udf 2.5 reader needed won't install with wine , I tired some udf drivers in packet manager. The ones I tired didn't seem to work

Linux already have UDF 2.5 drivers, so i dont think you have to fiddle around with the windows driver.

What does lsmod | grep udf say?
What happens when you try to mount a DVD or a HD-DVD?

the drive is visible but wont mount any hddvds, I tried installing the hddvd drivers for it from the 360 install disk and it didn't work. Will this drive work with ubuntu? the udf it says is there.
