I have ubuntu 9.04 and I've downloaded scanmodem.
after run it,program said your modem's name is hcf 56k.
I dont know where I can find and download driver for my modem.
I think the modem's name is correct but I couldn't find any suitable driver yet.

It will depend on the brand name of your modem. If it's a conexant modem, then you can get drivers from https://www.linuxant.com/drivers/hcf/downloads-installer.php

There is a licence fee if you want to use the driver at full 56k speed, but you can test it for free to see if it is going to work.

I used to use Linuxant's paid-for drivers, and would recommend them for your HCF.
