Hi,
Since my main laptop (running on Ubuntu) has been broken, I tried to make an USB persistent CD into a 8GB SD card so I can use it from various computers (my office laptop, my girlfriend laptop or from another destkop) without changing them.
Therefore I set-up my sd card following: this tutorial (french) (http://doc.ubuntu-fr.org/tutoriel/live_usb_persistant_methode1) which is more or less based on this one. ("https://wiki.ubuntu.com/LiveUsbPendrivePersistent#Method%203:%20Copying%20 the%20ISO%20CD%20image%20to%20the%20USB%20drive)
It seems that the card boots ok but at the gdm session, I am asked for login user and password.
Note: It's based on a Ubuntu 9.04 live cd iso, checksum ok.
Does someone know it or how to reset the livecd session user?
Many thanks!
Alex
