Hi, Someone please help, I am not sure whats gone wrong.

I installed KDE to try it out, then uninstalled it, and now I get these errors.

127557

Not all updates can be installed. Run a partial upgrade to install as many updates as possible

After clicking on partial upgrade I get the following error.

127558

Error authenticating some packages:
belocs-locales-bin
gcc-4.0-base
libdb4.3

Please help.

Ok, they were not, i would assume it was removed when uninstalling kde desktop.

But I cannot find the gcc-4.0 , however there is gcc-4.3-locales, would it make a difference

gcc is simply a gnu C+ compiler so just install gcc from synap and it should be the newest version...if not do update.

gcc was installed already. I have tried reinstalling it. If the error does show up again, are there any other alternatives ?
