Hello,
I installed Ubuntu 8.10 week ago and 9.04 today. Buy 9.04 wasn't installed over 8.10(as upgrade) but separately. And I got 3 OSs in bios set-up: vista, ubuntu 8.10, and 9.04. How can I uninstall 8.10? Thanks

What happens when you boot 8.10?
Does it load?

8.10 was doing well. But it supports maximal resolution 800*600 only(my version). My monitor support 1920*1080(HD).

I'll assume you haven't amassed a huge store of personal data in a week.
To avoid possible troubles with GRUB, go in with a GParted LiveCD (link under my sig) and delete everything Ubuntu. Create one extended partition out of the space and reinstall.

I got installed Vista on my PC and installed 8.10 but because of low resolution, want to replace Ubuntu 8.10 with 9.04.
I got two paritions C: (350G)- Vista+Ubuntu+ Applications(about 200G in total) and D: (350G) -empty.
Is advised action can course any troubles for my Windows?
Thanks
