Full Circle Magazine has indicated they intend to resolved this issue.

There was no content theft. It was an honest mistake! I forgot to change the writers name from #27 (Alex) to the writer of the Squid article in #28 (Roger Wheatley) in my Scribus template.

No ones perfect!

A correction will appear in #29, and #28 has been corrected and uploaded to the FCM site.
