View Full Version : How did I zoom in in gnome?

September 4th, 2009, 01:56 AM
Okay, was trying to alt + tab, but...something went wrong, I missed the keys, not sure which ones I hit instead, but now...

I have zoomed in...if I move the cursor it pans around my desktop...

I am running Karmic...any idea how I did this and how to undo it?

Though...this is a very cool feature...

Super + scroll down.

I think I love you...

I did not know that could be done.

This will only work if you're using compiz("Normal/Extra/Custom" selection in the "Visual Effects" tab). in metacity you cant do this(the "None" selection).

You can also find magnify in the compiz settings. It gives you a magnified box centered around your mouse.
