How do I expand my ubuntu size ?

How do I expand my ubuntu size ? I have 3 partition's, c: ( NTFS, this is also where windows is installed), e: ( NTFS ) & Ubuntu ( ext3 )

Backup important data, boot from LiveCD, run Gparted, Resize ext3 partition =)
