as the title says ,do you know any site with multiplayer flash games?

i am currently "using" geewa.com but most of their games are REALLY slow and some times they just stop working (some others are worth checking if you are lucky enough)

i would like to see some nice chess , mahjong (not mahjong solitaire, the real mahjong :P) and checkers ( if possible the russian variation that is (or was?) in skype) - or any other nice browser based (or at least cross platform) game

is it my lack of luck , or are these multiplayer as in playing from the same pc?
on the one i quoted, you give the other player a link and you play using different pcs online

Yes they are.

I think you are looking for something like this:

this seems quite promising, even though it is more into action games than strategy ones, like i wanted

is there any option to choose the opponent that i have missed?

I think both of you would have to start test matches at the same time and coordinate timing via Pidgin e.g.

Why not just use QuakeLive (http://www.quakelive.com/)?

Why not just use QuakeLive (http://www.quakelive.com/)?

i would prefer something to be more gender-neutral

You could try xgenstudios.com

From what I remember, stick arena was pretty fun if you could find a nonhacking server.

Does it have to be Flash? Here's a site with a nice variety of Java games. Some of them are multiplayer, and some are actually quite good. http://www.funorb.com/ Arcanists, the most popular on there is a multiplayer game similar to worms and quite a few people play it. They also have a chess game.

?? there are quite a few girls/womeen that play Quakelive. matter of fact, i play with one that's a very regular user on here and she's quite good. p.s. there's LOTS of strategy involved with 1v1 and some team games.
