re installing ubuntu 9.04

The upgrade manager initiated my install of 9.04 from 8.10.

Now I need to re install 9.04 and I can not find out how. If I need to download again, I know how to do that.

or do I do something like
sudo install ubuntu-9.04
in a terminal window?

You're going to need to download the ubuntu 9.04 CD and install from there. If you were really against that, you could install from your old 8.10 disk and then upgrade again.

The first option is probably a lot better and simpler.
