Hello,
I have big problems reinstalling Windose on my laptop, the computer shutting down without warning after a few minutes of the installation process. I have been dual booting Ubuntu8.04/WinXP for a year or so and both OS work fine (no unexpected shutdowns whatsoever). I think this could be a problem with my mobo or CPU but I doubt it could be fixed...
So my question is: could I use Ubuntu to install a fresh copy of WinXP its own partition? I am encouraged since WinXP installation process in VirtualBox works like a charm.
Thanks for your help!
