Help: theme prefences where is it?

I wanted to change the themes but I can't see the themes prefences under preferences.

I know it should be found under system > prefences > theme prefences

I use Jaunty.

yes until I stupidly :rolleyes:found out that I can just drag the themes to the appearance prefences
